1.Why should I use Cyber Chasse staffing services? 

 

We help knowledgeable candidates get full-time, part-time, or contract jobs based on their requirements. Hence, we guide you completely right from enhancing your resume to preparing you for interviews, and marketing your profile to our clients.  

 

2.Should I pay a service charge? 

 

Not at all. You don’t have to pay for our staffing services. Please feel free to upload your resume or search for open jobs. 

 

3. How will I know if I get selected for an interview? 

 

Once you sign up with us, you will be able to apply for jobs. If we find your profile to be a good match for a particular position, we’ll get in touch with you. You will also get an email from us as well as the company that wants to interview you.  

 

4. Can you help me find a job where I can work remotely? 

 

Absolutely yes. Many of our clients hire remote/off-shore candidates both full-time as well as part-time. We can help you have a secure remote workspace setup. So, start applying for remote jobs. 

 

5. Do you offer any training? 

 

We have 50+ niche technology tools virtual training programs. All our courses are flexible and are available on weekdays as well as weekends. Our instructors hold expertise in respective domains, and they have years of experience in teaching as well. If you aren’t sure of the course you need to pursue, you can always contact us and we will be more than happy to guide you. 

Find a Job

1. What happens after I sign up and submit my resume? 

 

Once you submit your resume, you can start applying for open positions found on our website. In the meantime, if we find your profile match an open position, we would contact you to set up an interview. But, keep actively checking and applying for jobs that match your skills and experience. 

 

2.Why nobody contacted me after the interview? 

 

Maybe your skills or experience didn’t suit that specific position you were interviewed for or there may be several other reasons. However, we keep adding many new positions every day. So, don’t lose hope and keep applying. You can easily access our app on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

 

3.Do you assess my skills?

 

Yes, we do. Once you upload your resume, you would get an email for skills assessment, where you need to answer all the questions. This would be analyzed by our team and a detailed report would be sent to you. 

Eligibility and Requirement 

1.Do you offer any specific training to improve my eligibility for a position?

 

Of course. We offer short-term yet intensive training for candidates to help them acquire new knowledge and improve their chances of getting placed.

 

2.Do you offer to relocate service?

 

Cyber Chasse strives hard to help candidates in every way possible. So, if you get a job in a new city, you would definitely get accommodation assistance to easefully settle in the new city.

 

3.Do you sponsor visas?

 

No. We don’t sponsor any visa and we request you to inform your recruiter about the visa sponsorship requirements to let them understand your situation better.

Payroll and Timesheets

1.How can I report the hours I worked for in the app?

Download our app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device and you’ll find the Timesheets option on your dashboard. Enter the hours you worked for and submit it. You can also login to your account from a desktop computer and follow the same steps.

2.Can I view my past timesheets?

Yes, you can view timesheets for the past 12 months. You can find the timesheets history option on your dashboard.

3.How does your payroll process work?

Payroll is usually processed from Monday to Friday. Once, it is processed you would receive the payment within 48 hours through direct deposit.

4. How do I submit my tax forms?

Account Management

1.How do I access my account when I forget my user ID and password?

 

It’s very simple. Click on ‘forgot password’ and follow the steps. You will receive an email from us with a password reset link, where you can set a new password. For any other technical support, don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

2.Can I view the jobs I applied to?

 

Indeed, you can. On your dashboard, you can find a list of the jobs you applied to. The status of each application can also be seen there.

 

3.Can I update my resume?

 

You can update your profile as well as your resume whenever you want. But, please ensure that the details you provide are true and valid.
